The City and Nation are aligned and resolve to work collaboratively to improve the community and the lives of all its residents, committing to economic advancement together.
The cooperation agreement will allow both entities to eliminate any duplication of efforts and focus on important community projects, such as water system improvements, fire protection, housing, and transportation, improving public facilities and increasing the overall quality of life.
This agreement is a high-level, mutual framework that will steer all future agreements, creating a path for moving forward to improve the quality of life for all Shawnee residents, making the community more attractive for economic investment and positioning Shawnee for future growth.
